Director Alex Lymer founded Lymer's Assist Ltd in 2014 with the vision of providing support to the haulage industry.

Starting with a single vehicle, continual investment has enabled the fleet to grow and provide expert specialist haulage services.

​

The acquisition of a 170-ton tractor, joining our existing 65- and 80-ton units, hiabs, and crane trailers, has increased our capacity and enabled us to offer the complete package.

 

We also operate almost 60 trailers, including low beds, step frames, flats, full power steer trailers, urbans, and curtain siders.

​

From the outset, Alex has focused on recruiting a team of outstanding professionals to ensure the business can offer customers the highest possible standard of service.

​

All of our drivers are highly qualified and are supported by our Transport Office team, who assist with planning and movement orders.

​

This expansion means Lymer’s Assist Ltd is also able to offer storage solutions, with over five acres of outdoor space available at its site in North Ferriby, near Hull.

The company’s headquarters and base of operations are located in Huthwaite.
